This chef knife is made from 52100 carbon steel and heat treated to 61 HRC.
This knife has a large belly to accomodate western style cutting.

The Seibu BUNKA is a true practical knife, you will use it every day.

The thickest part of the spine is 2,7mm with a full taper to the tip, making it extremely fine.
The blade is 17,5 cm long with a heel of 5cm
