1911 Chinese knife

This thinly ground knife is something I wanted to make for a long time. The steel is 80CRV2 with a hardness of 61HRC.

This is not a chopper or cleaver, it is a knife.

The handle is made from removable G10 pistol grips, normally used for the legendary Colt 1911.
