During this 2-day course you wil learn how to make a real kitchen knife, starting from a piece of steel.
You will learn about geometry, heat treat, grinding, shaping, materials and much much more.
This is a stock removal course so there will be no forging;
There is a maximum of 3 participants so I can focus on you and your results.
Lunch and all materials are included for the two days.
At the end of the second day you will take your selfmade knife home.
